Clara Bostian's Peanut Butter Fudge
She made this fudge for special occasions.
She died in Sunbury PA 1973 at the age of 89.

2 cups of brown sugar.
2/3 cup of milk.
3 teaspoons of peanut butter.

Boil sugar and milk until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Take from fire and stir in Peanut Butter and beat until smooth.
Pour in buttered pan and cool.

"To make a soft ball test you take a cold cup of water and drizzle a bit of the
boiled candy mixture into water and with finger see if the candy in water will form a ball."
