Arrested for berry picking.

1 Aug 1873
News From the Northumberland Democrat of Friday 1 Aug 1873, published in Sunbury:

TrespassThe other day Reed NEIDIG brought suit before Squire PURSEL against
E. G. BOSTIAN, (Ebenezer G BOSTIAN and Mary Ann BOWMAN)
John GRONER, AND Henry KEENE, because the wives of these gentlemen had trespassed upon his grounds to pick berries.
The Justice gave judgment in favor of NEIDIG for 50cts and the costs.

On Thursday NEIDIG brought still another suit against BOSTIAN for threatening him with assault, but the affair was amicably settled before the Justice between the parties and the costs were divided.
